Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by AgentAnt Technologies ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

AgentAnt Technologies provides AI automation solutions, including but not limited to: WhatsApp chatbots, appointment booking systems, lead tracking, workflow automation, and website development. Services are provided as described in individual project agreements.

3. Payment Terms

Setup fees are due upon project commencement unless otherwise agreed. Monthly support fees are billed at the beginning of each service period. All prices are in EUR unless stated otherwise. Late payments may result in service suspension.

4. Pilot Period

New projects include a 2-week free pilot period. During this period, you may terminate the service at no cost. After the pilot period, standard payment terms apply.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you own the custom configurations and content created for your business. General automation templates, frameworks, and proprietary tools remain the property of AgentAnt Technologies.

6. Limitation of Liability

AgentAnt Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services immediately if payment obligations are not met or if terms are violated.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. Any disputes shall be resolved through the competent courts of Bulgaria.
